Motor carriers who order our Basic Operating Authority Package are responsible for making sure that their insurance company files the appropriate insurance forms. The motor carrier is also responsible for submitting the BOC-3 to FMCSA. FMCSA must have both the insurance forms and a BOC-3 on file before it will activate your authority.
