Foley Carrier Services’ BOC-3 is a Blanket Legal Entity for all 50 states that provides the legal names addresses and phone numbers of process agents in each state. The BOC-3 form, which lists those process agents, must be on file to secure your operating authority. Avoid unnecessary delays; let us take care of this critical filing for you.
Motor carriers who order our Operating Authority/BOC-3 Package are responsible for making sure that their insurance company files the appropriate insurance forms. FMCSA must have both the insurance forms and a BOC-3 on file before it will activate your authority.
